Key ideas and concepts I've learned during this course:

Mail-merge. I knew this functionality existed, but I'd never used it before! It's quite handy for managing communications with parents.
Relationships and how they are central to everything in education.
The ISLLC standards. I'm starting to become a lot more comfortable with these, though I don't think I've got each one memorized yet.
